Final report released for the Town of Brighton Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan

The Town of Brighton has released the final master plan report that details an alternative transportation system that includes a wide range of mobility levels for pedestrians and bicyclists. The plan, developed by edr teamed with Sprinkle Consulting and SRF, evaluated more than 40 miles of arterials and collectors located throughout the Town of Brighton, as well as road and trail connections within the Town of Penfield, Town of Pittsford, Town of Henrietta and the City of Rochester. During the course of the study, the general public was invited to attend three public information meetings, provide feedback on project recommendations, participate in a Town-wide survey, and follow project progress through a project website, as well as via Facebook and Twitter.
